Warranty & Returns Service


Generally, we only accept returns for refund or exchange because of the product defects, under normal use and our Warranty & Returns Service will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc.

If you have an item that is defective please email us at info.durhamvape@gmail.com to start the process

To start this process we will need your full name, address, date of purchase and copy of the receipt

We will not refund or exchange devices that have normal wear and tear, user error or damaged by the user

Note: if you send anything to us it will not be opened for 2 weeks due to covid-19
All juices are non refundable and can't be exchanged

Due to State rules and regulations we are unable to process or ship any orders to the states of Utah, Arkansas, and Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Rhode Island at this time. Any orders from theses states will be refunded within 24 hours and may take 24-72 hours for the refunded to complete

There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for shipment within 24 business hours. We are closed on all major holidays any order placed at that time will be shipped out 24-48 hours Please check with the shipping company after you get tracking to check for any delays
